Suzanne is an experienced Head Teacher and serving Ofsted Inspector. Her Senior Leadership as a Head Teacher, Deputy Head Teacher, and SENDCo spans three schools and 24 years.
Sue has recently taken early retirement from headship to pursue her passion of supporting the Strategic Leadership in primary schools; that being Head Teachers, Deputy Head Teachers, SENDCos and Governors. Her expertise lies with Developing a positive Culture, Early Years, Behaviour, Teaching Pedagogy, Curriculum monitoring, Safeguarding and Leadership Appraisals.
Suzanne’s Ofsted training has supported her practise in understanding leadership vision and guiding leaders to take their journey to improving outcomes for themselves and for those of the staff and children in their care.
Guiding with kindness and compassion lies at the heart of Suzanne’s work; this is in parallel with a robust approach to supporting the development of strong systems and practises.
