Ashley is a strong and well respected headteacher leading her school from RI to a good outcome from Ofsted, as well as leading in a number of challenging schools and contexts, effectively managing change to secure rapid improvements. She is passionate about school improvement and has achieved this by improving cultures, systems, innovation, outcomes, well-being for all and has a holistic approach to sustained improvements and leadership. Ashley invests herself in supporting other schools with their own school improvement journey as an associate leader, coach and mentor.
Ashley is skilled in creating collaborative and transformational coaching cultures in schools to support the growth and development of individuals and teams. Her executive and instructional coaching has led her to deliver for the ‘early headship coaching offer’ and NPQ’s and she is a certified NLP practitioner, coach and mentor. Ashley is a facilitator of continued professional development and has created a wealth of course content both internally, externally and across the North West. She is also a Fellowship member of the Chartered college of Teaching due to her recognised impact in education.
Ashley has developed effective curricular, governance & school improvement systems and documents that have been praised by Ofsted and external professionals.
